Having now moved into Koh-I-Nor it was time for a family with our brilliant view as a background!!!!!

The long anticipated arival of Igor has arrived and the winds are howling, the rain pouring down and this is just the outer bands. Luckily it is not down to a category 1 but still not to be underestimated. Went to Elbow beach this morning and the ocean is impressive. Pictures can be seen here.

New Temporary House

We start moving after 22 years at Banana Patch to Kon-I-knor (pictured, the white house in the center on top of the hill to the right of the yellow house); it will be a sad day to leave old BP; but nothing we can do. It's move or loose all privacy with the new hospital.

BPKC does France 2010

I am told that it is poor form that more than a month after the BPKC France trip that the photos are not linked on my blog; it just goes to show that someone actually reads it!!!! So if there are any more of you out there the link for the pictures is here; I will warn you there are a lot; over 600 to be precise1 It just goes to show you what an amazing time (once again) we had. For anyone that wants a REALLY FUN holiday with kids, and friends this is it. Anyway hopefully the pictures speak for themselves!

We have a new house!!!!!!!!

It has been long and very drawn out but finally 6 months after we sold Banana Patch to the BHB we have finally closed on a new house - Rock Sound. We absolutely LOVE it and can't wait to move in! That's the good news! The bad is that it is rented until November 2012 and the rental agreement supersedes the sale so no fun until then. But there is more good news - we found a house we like to rent for 2 years 3 bedrooms a pool and amazing views! So all is well in our household as we start the next chapter in our lives!

Summer is here!

OK it has been a while since I posted on my blog but life happens and time gets away from you. I was planning on updating the blog once we had a new house but then we got invited out in Black Bird yesterday and had a spectacular day with the kids, it was one of those rare days when everything was perfect, the weather was awesome, the sea beautiful and wine and friends just added to a perfect day. As you can see two of the Pricesses had a great day tubing. More pictures are here.

First BPKC of 2010!!

Ashley lobbied hard yesterday to take the dogs to the beach even though it was low 60s and blowing a gale; shortly thereafter the Farrows arrived and it was decided that we had a quorum in order to have a BPKC. So off to Graoe Bay we went where Amber, Ashley, Kruger and Sarah all ended up swimimming even though the ocean was 62 degrees, brrrrrrrr!!!!! See more

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Our New Years eve party eneded up with playing twister, should adults in the mid forties be trying this type of thingt? Bet the Advil is being used today!!! We also discovered we can't remember as well as we used to and that we can't draw. Pictures are here
